🌞 Holiday Fun with HAF Funding! 🎉
During the Easter and Summer holidays, we apply for Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) Programme funding through Gloucestershire County Council to provide free childcare for families eligible for benefit-related Free School Meals 💛🥪
If our funding application is successful, we work closely with local schools 🏫 to support the community and make sure families can access these sessions easily 🤝
⚠️ Please Note: HAF funding is not available during the February or May half-term holidays ❌
PLAYSCHEME REMINDERS
Here’s a quick checklist to make sure your child has everything they need for a fun-filled adventure:
🧴 Drinks Bottle
Please ensure your child brings a refillable drinks bottle.
🍎 Snack
Don’t forget a piece of fruit for the morning break!
🥪 Lunch Box
Pack plenty of tasty food with an ice pack. Please note: no hot meals, as we’re unable to reheat food.
🎨 Creative Bag
A bag to safely carry home their amazing creations and artwork.
👕 Spare Clothes
Just in case of any little accidents or messy fun!
👟 Footwear Alert
Please avoid crocs, sliders, and flip-flops.
📵 Also, leave toys and mobile devices at home.
